COMPLAINTS
Every MeowBaby product is prepared with great care. However, if you notice a defect or have any concerns, contact us — we will guide you through the entire process as smoothly and calmly as possible.
Step 1
Write to us at: meow@meowbaby.eu and describe the noticed defect of the product.
To allow us to accurately verify the report, please attach:
- order number,
- a brief description of the situation,
- photos showing the defect or damage to the product.
- bank account number to which we can refund the amount in case of a positive complaint resolution.
If the complaint requires returning the product, please also fill out the return form.
Step 2
After receiving the report, we will analyze the provided information and inform you of the decision within 14 days.
If the complaint is accepted and returning the product is necessary, we will send you a return label by email.
Step 3
Depending on the nature of the case and the outcome of the complaint, possible solutions include:
- product exchange,
- refund,
- price reduction,
- defect removal
The selected solution will be implemented within 14 business days from the day we receive the package or from the day the complaint is processed if returning the product is not required.

RETURN OF GOODS

Step 1
Fill out the return form* available here and include it in the package along with the returned product. Please ensure the product and packaging are properly secured and returned without damage. The form is essential for correctly assigning the shipment to your order and initiating the return process.
Step 2
After sending the shipment, send a message to: meow@meowbaby.eu,
In the message, provide:
- return label number,
- tracking link.
For your convenience, you are free to choose the carrier and the method of sending the return shipment. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

Step 3
After accepting the return, we will ensure the prompt transfer of the due funds, including the cost of delivering the order to you. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice from the sales contract.
We may withhold the refund until the returned product is received.
