I. Gift Card Regulations

1. General terms. 1. The issuer of the gift card (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) is Mathilde Sp.z o.o. ul. Witkowice 1, 78-100 Kołobrzeg. NIP: 6711867819, REGON: 542199358, Store: Meowbaby.eu

2. The Issuer undertakes to provide the Buyer with the gift card and to accept payments made using the card for goods purchased by the User.

3. The card may only be used to purchase goods in the Issuer's online store.

4. The card is not exchangeable for money (cash) in whole or in part and cannot be returned to the Issuer.

5. The gift card holder is entitled to use it within the period specified on the gift voucher document.

6. The validity period of the gift card is 6 months from the date of its sale.

7. Failure to use the gift card within the period specified in the gift document results in the card's expiration and does not constitute grounds for the cardholder to make claims against the Issuer in this regard.

II. Redemption of the Gift Card

1. The gift card holder may use the amount indicated on the gift card document for goods from the Issuer's online store offer marked as available at the time of placing the order.

2. Each card is equipped with a unique identification code registered in the Issuer's system. The code on the card is one-time and comprehensive and can be used only once.

3. Cards can be used for purchases exceeding the card's value. The excess can be paid via the website (www.meowbaby.eu) using the payment methods specified on the page www.

4. In the event of not using the full value of the gift card during its validity period, the Issuer does not refund the difference.

5. The Issuer is not responsible for the loss of the gift card by the Client. In such cases, duplicates will not be issued.

6. The Issuer reserves the right to refuse the sale of goods based on gift cards that are illegible, damaged, lacking an individual code, or otherwise raise doubts about their authenticity. In such cases, the Gift Voucher is considered invalid, without the customer's right to receive a replacement voucher.

7. Reselling gift cards to third parties is prohibited.

III. Complaints and returns

1. All complaints related to the purchase of Goods using the card will be handled by the Issuer in accordance with the complaint procedure described in the Store Regulations.

2. The User may exercise the right to return Goods purchased using cards in accordance with the procedure described in the Store Regulations.

3. The amount due to the User for the return of goods or recognition of complaints paid for with a gift card is credited to the User's Account and is not refundable in cash. The amount remains available until the expiration date of the card specified at the time of purchase.

IV. Final provisions

1. The buyer of the gift card as well as the cardholder declares that they have read the content of these Regulations, accept its content in full, and undertake to comply with its provisions.

2. Purchasing a gift card constitutes confirmation that the buyer of the card as well as the cardholder accept the terms contained in these regulations
