Delivery and delivery time

The Order completion date is indicated in the Store for each product in its description, but it shall not be longer than 30 days from the date of confirmation of the Order. The completion date of the Order consists of the Order completion date (up to 25 days ) and the date of courier service (1-2 working days in Poland and up to 5 working days in other European countries).

Important! Receiving the tracking number does not mean your parcel is already on it's way. It's the moment your order was received.

*If you choose traditional transfer, you have 14 days to make the payment, which is usually entered in our account within 2 working days. The 25-days lead time can be longer, depending on when you make the transfer.
