Promotion Terms and Conditions "Free Pillow with Code GIFT"

§1. General provisions

The organizer of the promotion is MATHILDE Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Witkowice 1, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, NIP: 6711867819, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
The promotion is conducted in the online store at: meowbaby.eu
The promotion is valid from 22.05.2026 to 05.06.2026 or until promotional product stocks are exhausted.

§2. Promotion rules

A Customer who places an order for at least one product covered by the promotion can receive one decorative cushion for free.
To use the promotion, the Customer must:
a) add one selected promotional cushion to the cart,
b) enter the discount code "PREZENT" in the cart.
After entering the code "PREZENT," the price of one promotional cushion will be reduced by 100%.
The promotion covers cushions in the following patterns:

The Customer can choose any available cushion color.
The regular value of the cushion covered by the promotion is 149 PLN gross.
One Customer can receive a maximum of one free cushion per order.
The promotion can be combined with other promotions and discount codes available in the store, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise for a given promotional campaign.
The free gift cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
The promotion is valid until promotional product stocks are exhausted.
The promotion does not include wooden products or Montessori products, in particular such as: wooden house, wooden ladder, wooden playground, rockers, balance board, children's kitchens, sensory paths, kitchen assistants, Montessori bookshelves, and wardrobes. These products are not counted towards the right to receive a free cushion.

§3. Returns and withdrawal from the contract

In case of withdrawal from the contract and return of the products covered by the order, the Customer is also obliged to return the free cushion received.
The free cushion must be returned unused and undamaged.
If the free gift is not returned, the Organizer has the right to reduce the refund amount by the regular price of the cushion, i.e., 149 PLN gross.

§4. Complaints

Complaints regarding the promotion can be submitted by email to: meow@meowbaby.eu.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

§5. Final provisions

The terms and conditions are available on the Organizer's online store website.
The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion early in case of depletion of promotional product stocks.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for important legal or organizational reasons, provided that the changes do not affect the rights acquired by Customers before their entry into force.
In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law and the online store regulations shall apply.
