CONTEST RULES "EASTER GIVEAWAY MEOWBABY"

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the "Easter Giveaway MeowBaby" contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is MATHILDE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at Kołobrzeg, VAT ID: 6711867819 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. The prize sponsor is the Organizer.

3. The Contest is conducted on the Organizer's profile on Instagram at the address: https://www.instagram.com/meowbaby_official

4. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, conducted, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is fully released from liability by each participant.

§2. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

1. Any natural person who is at least 18 years old, has full legal capacity, and resides in the territory of the European Union may participate in the Contest.

2. The Participant must have a public profile on Instagram (allowing verification of the post shared on Instastory).

3. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the Contest.

§3. CONTEST RULES AND TASK

1. The contest runs from the date [26.03.2026] by the date [07.04.2026].

2. The contest task is:

• Posting a comment under the contest post with the answer to the question: "Which one tradition from your childhood do you most want to 'pass on' to your child's world this holiday season?".

• Tagging in the comment content at least two other Instagram users (friends).

• Sharing the contest post on their own profile in the form of an InstaStory tagging the Organizer's profile @meowbaby_official during the Contest period.

3. Each Participant may post any number of comments, but each response must be different, and tagged persons cannot be repeated.

§4. WINNER SELECTION

1. The Winner will be selected by the Contest Committee (Jury) appointed by the Organizer, consisting of 3 people.

2. When selecting the winner, the Jury will consider: creativity, emotional impact of the response, and alignment with MeowBaby brand values.

3. The Contest is not a game of chance under the Gambling Act. The winner is determined by the subjective evaluation of the Jury, not by chance.

4. The Contest results will be announced within [do 3 dni roboczych] from the date of the Contest's end in a comment under the contest post and on the Organizer's Instastory.

§5. PRIZES

1. The prize in the Contest is 1x product from the MeowBaby brand to be chosen by the Winner from:

• Sako Bean Bag – any available color.

• Cocoon Swing – any available color.

2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

3. The Organizer covers the cost of shipping the prize within the EU.

§6. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

1. The data controller of Participants' personal data is the Organizer.

2. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest, selecting the Winner, and sending the prize (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the administrator).

3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Contest.

§7. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Contest persons who use unfair practices or violate Instagram's service regulations.

2. Complaints regarding the Contest can be submitted by email to: [meow@meowbaby.eu] within 14 days from the announcement of the results.

3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
