Delivery and packaging
Our large play sofas are delivered in vacuum packaging to save space – carefully packed in a compact box, straight to your home.
Please unpack immediately upon receipt so that the foam can expand optimally. It is best to leave it at room temperature for 24–48 hours – this will allow the sofa to reach its full shape and stability!
Yes, for short-term storage (max. 1 week). After this time, deformation may occur – longer storage in vacuum packaging may negatively affect product quality and the warranty.
Materials and care
MeowBaby sofas are made of high-quality foam and feature durable OEKO-TEX® certified covers – including corduroy, bouclé, teddy, or waterproof outdoor fabrics (Outzy collection).
Yes, all fabrics are free from harmful substances, skin-friendly, and tested according to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. The zippers are concealed and sewn in a way that is safe for children.
The covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry – air drying will preserve the fabric's structure and shape.
Clean individual stains with a damp cloth and mild soap. If necessary, the entire cover can be washed – the colors and shape will be preserved.

Yes: A statutory warranty period of 2 years applies. After 12 months, the burden of proof shifts to the buyer – please contact us if you have any questions.

The underside is slightly textured but lacks a special anti-slip layer. For added safety, we recommend using a play mat or floor mat underneath.
Yes. All models are seamless, softly padded, and sewn in a way that is safe for children – perfect for children from 1 year of age.
Once unpacked, the sofa will no longer fit in the original box. Please use 1-2 boxes with maximum dimensions of 120 × 60 × 60 cm. They can be found in furniture stores, hardware stores, or online.
